Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders over $125 (USD)

How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped wthin 48 hours. Average shipping time is 2-4 business days.

We’ll provide you with tracking information so you can follow along.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the US for now.

How can I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment. If you don’t receive it, reach out via our Contact page and we’ll help you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order if I don’t like my item?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in unused condition, in its original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible, so check the product details.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the buyer unless there's a defect or error on our part. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid label or cover cost.

When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
